Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are a new paid subscriber and are not satisfied with MailGenius AI, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
2. No Refunds After 7 Days
Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the initial charge will not be processed. This applies to all subscription plans, including monthly renewals and upgrades.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at contact@mailgenius-ai.lovable.app with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address associated with your account. Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that date. Canceling does not automatically generate a refund outside the 7-day window.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if we detect abuse, fraud, or a violation of our Terms of Service. Refunds may also be prorated or denied if there is excessive usage during the refund-eligibility period.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
